The Challenge: Workplace environments and corporate celebrations often suffer from generic stock collateral or disconnected print assets that fail to inspire teams or reinforce organizational identity across disparate global offices.
My Role: Lead Visual & Print Designer — conceptualized, illustrated, typeset, and pre-flighted all physical print assets from initial concept sketches through final press-ready production files.
The Method: Engineered cohesive visual systems tailored to physical environments: bold vectors for large-format wall art, fine-line ink & watercolor illustrations for personalized keepsakes, and high-contrast typography for event collateral.
The Problem
Standard corporate print collateral often feels impersonal, disjointed, and visually fatigued. SJ Innovation required high-impact visual systems for multiple high-stakes physical touchpoints: motivating engineering teams through environmental office walls, celebrating global observances (Women's Day, Men's Day, Thanksgiving, New Year), rallying departmental camaraderie at Sports Day, and sending tangible, premium holiday appreciation to high-value enterprise clients in the US.
Process & Implementation
Information Architecture for Rapid Scanning
Deconstructed complex workplace policies and company values into scannable, visually compelling print infographics that employees engage with daily.
Organized dense instructional content into clear visual hierarchies using numbered badges, thematic icon containers, and color-coded sections
Balanced large display typography with comfortable body-copy leading to ensure readability from 3 to 10 feet away
Engineered consistent layout grids adaptable across multiple physical dimensions (A3, A2, wide banner, and tabletop formats)
Environmental Impact & Cultural Wall Art
Created high-energy, motivational posters designed to be printed and hung across office communal spaces and engineering pods.
Mohammad Ali Champion Tribute: Bold athletic vector illustration paired with high-impact uppercase quote typography on an energetic saffron-orange background
Team Culture Banner: Whimsical spherical character illustrations climbing and swinging from typography blocks to celebrate laughter as essential team bonding
SJ Control Tower Recognition Certificate System
Engineered an official horizontal A4 certificate suite for the SJ Control Tower recognition program honoring high-impact individual performers.
Developed specialized category insignia: Innovation Instigator (Lightbulb), Above & Beyond (Rocket), Agile Advocate (Sprint Cycle), and Client Hero (Flame)
Paired each recognition tier with customized procedural background patterns: technical grids, topographic contours, blueprint coordinates, and faceted polygon meshes
Maintained official corporate metadata hierarchy with Module Lead sign-offs, issue dates, and recipient typography
Engineered high-resolution physical event collateral for Buildfest, uniting SJ Innovation's enterprise AI engineering authority with CollabAI's agent marketplace builder ecosystem.
8ft × 5ft Fused Print Banner: Balanced dual-brand stage backdrop pairing SJI's AI-First solutions and client trust badges with CollabAI's 'Build Your First AI Agent' value proposition
Retractable X-Banners (2ft × 5ft): Designed high-contrast vertical standees optimized for attendee eye-level legibility, clear 3-step builder pipelines, and prominent quick-scan QR codes
3-Panel Trifold Brochures: Structured comprehensive event handouts featuring SJI's end-to-end service matrix (AI, Web, Cloud, Marketing) and CollabAI's developer monetization roadmap with permanent 70% builder revenue shares
Distribution Flyers (A4): Formatted double-sided marketing handouts featuring client partner logos (OpenAI, Claude, Supabase, Replit) and builder revenue monetization tiers
Displayed across campuses and mailed to US enterprise clients
Delivered a cohesive suite of workplace print collateral that transforms blank office walls into functional frameworks, cultural anchors, and official honors of team excellence.
