Overview & TL;DR

The Challenge: Corporate celebrations and cultural milestones often translate into static, text-heavy photo galleries that fail to capture real workplace vitality or hook fast-scrolling mobile viewers on Instagram, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn.

My Role: Motion Designer & Video Editor — conceived narrative storyboards, curated archival photo and video assets, engineered kinetic typography, integrated sound design, and delivered optimized 9:16 vertical motion formats.

The Method: Combined layered scrapbook collage aesthetics, 3D anniversary badge lockups, rhythmic beat-matched cuts, and floating handwriting notes to build emotional resonance and high audience watch-through rates.

The Problem

Traditional corporate recap videos feel slow and sterile. Social media audiences demand immediate visual hooks in the first 2 seconds, punchy kinetic transitions, and authentic human emotion that communicates company culture without corporate clichés.

Conceived a tactile memory-board visual direction that bridges historic milestones with modern agency pride.

  • Designed the central 3D '22 Years Anniversary' emblem featuring multi-line retro-modern geometry with gold and silver foil accents
  • Layered handwritten sticky notes from actual team members alongside archival event photography and team outings
  • Structured a dynamic camera fly-through giving physical depth and tactile warmth to corporate memories

Kinetic Rhythm, Beat Matching & Micro-Hooks
