Overview & TL;DR

The Challenge: The legacy landing page suffered from generic white-label positioning, unclear value proposition ('AI That Answers Your Phones'), low visual contrast, and an uninspiring conversion funnel that failed to convert busy healthcare clinic directors.

My Role: Lead Product & Brand Designer — spearheaded the end-to-end messaging overhaul, design system creation, interactive command center mockups, and high-trust conversion architecture.

The Method: Engineered an empathetic pain-point hook ('Stop Starting Your Day 40 Voicemails Deep'), an immersive clinical blue hero showcasing the Agentic Command Center, an interactive ROI cost calculator, and a high-trust dark conversion footer backed by HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliance badges.

The Problem

Medical and dental practices receive dozens of missed calls, appointment reschedules, and insurance inquiries every morning, leading to severe staff burnout and lost clinic revenue. The original website communicated technical features in a sterile, low-contrast layout without showing what the platform actually looked like or addressing physician skepticism around patient trust and EHR safety.
